Welcome to Northwood High School Swimming and Diving, proudly representing the Timberwolves since 1999. Located in Irvine, California, our program has grown into one of the most competitive and respected aquatic teams in the state, combining athletic excellence with a strong sense of community.

Our Legacy of Achievement

Two CIF State Championships (2018 and 2025), including a dominant 2025 victory with a county-best relay time.
CIF State Runner-Up in 2024, scoring 196.5 points and setting multiple personal bests.
Multiple Top-3 finishes at CIF State, highlighted by record-breaking relays and standout individual performances.
Numerous CIF Southern Section appearances and school records shattered year after year.
In 2023 alone, eight swimmers earned First Team NISCA All-American honors, continuing a proud tradition of sending graduates to top collegiate programs.
